I love athletes! For what? Because they have the healthiest lifestyle. They have to be at their best all the time to reach the podiums, so they are very careful in everything they do, from eating to the heat of the water they shower with.

This is called cryotherapy ! It sounds weird, but read on because it is life changing!

Cryotherapy, which literally means "cold therapy", is a technique where the body or face is exposed to extremely cold temperatures for several minutes.
Cryotherapy can be given to a single area or you can opt for whole body cryotherapy. Localized cryotherapy can be delivered in a number of ways, including ice packs, ice massages, cooling sprays, ice baths, and even probes delivered into tissues.
Cryotherapy was first used in medicine before entering the beauty field, as it can be used to treat a variety of skin conditions and certain cancers, including prostate and liver cancer. This therapy can treat both external (on the skin) and internal (inside the body) tissues. This treatment may also be called cryoablation.

During a session, the cabin user wears the compulsory “comfort & safety pack” which consists of protective gloves and disposable socks as well as his underwear or bathing suit. A comfortable bathrobe is provided for entering and exiting the cryosauna.
The Cryo facial also exists! A cryotherapy facial involves pumping liquid nitrogen (or dry ice) all over your face for 2-3 minutes. The goal is to give the skin a radiant, youthful and even appearance.
Cryo facials are an effective way to firm and brighten the skin. They increase blood flow to the face, which can make skin look healthy and plump.
