I also recommend having a "compliment journal". I made this up because it really helped me when I felt down before. Basically, you write down all the compliments you get from people, even the little ones. If a friend likes your new haircut, write it down in your journal, if your boss said your work was perfect, write it down too! Every compliment counts!
Believe me, when you go through your "complimentary diary" you will feel like a million bucks no matter what!
🎉 SURROUND YOURSELF WITH POSITIVE PEOPLE
Surrounding yourself with negative people who disrespect you can only make you lose your confidence, girls! Stop hanging out with toxic people!
How to recognize toxic people ? It's easy, you get negative feelings around them, you feel ugly, worthless, bad, sad, depressed!
Toxic people can't be your friends or your partner because they feel satisfied when you're feeling down. Your sadness is their strength. So do not hesitate to leave any relationship that brings you down because you are worth having the best relationships. You deserve to be respected and happy!
🎉HAVE A GRATITUDE JOURNAL
This one is life changing! Being grateful is not only such a great feeling to feel at least once in your life, but it is also a way to bring you more miracles and opportunities!
Having a "gratitude journal" is the easiest way to feel grateful and realize how blessed you are! And believe us, feeling blessed will bring confidence to your heart!
