Everyone wants to be happy, and when you ask people, they often say they're not really happy or haven't reached the level of happiness they're looking for.
Personally today I can say that on a scale of zero to 10, I would rate my happiness at 200/10! Of course I was never always at this point of happiness but now I know what I have to do to maintain my optimism and my joy.
Yes, being happy is constant work. It's about having healthy habits. Habits I'm going to share with you right now so you can achieve the level of happiness you deserve baby!

💋 Being in the Present moment

I think most people are not happy these days because they think too much about the past and the mistakes made or worry too much about the future. Happiness is now.
It's fine to think about the future or the past, but when it gets out of hand and brings worry and anxiety, it must be time to stop and reflect on reality.
The reality is that it's normal for all humans to make mistakes, so you shouldn't be ashamed of your mistakes because they made you the strong person you are now. So girls, take your past as a blessing to move on.
The second reality check comes when you realize that in life you really have no control over the results, you only control the actions and steps you take to achieve your goals. But the results are never guaranteed. It is one of the beauties of life. Be unpredictable. I believe that life behaves towards me in the same way that I behave towards it. This means that if I think I am always lucky and trust the process, I will only get great results and incredible opportunities. But if I worry and expect the worst, guess what, I will only attract bad situations.
So the key is to stop overthinking, trust the process and enjoy the present moment because we really only own the present. The past is gone, and the future is not yet here.
💋 Good people
I realized that what really makes me happy is not having material things or having a vacation in a luxurious place but just being with people I really love, even if it's not is to sit on a bench and chat in a park. The best times that I fully enjoyed were when I had deep conversations with people I felt comfortable with. People who really love you for who you are, not for your looks, your social status, your money. People who just like to be with you and spend time with you.
So cherish the people who truly care about you because they are your paradise.
💋 The importance of self-care

Happiness is taking care of yourself. Most people who feel sad or depressed stop taking care of themselves. They don't care how they dress, their haircut, they don't take time for themselves anymore, "me time" because they don't have the energy to do it. But my opinion is that you have to “take time” to recharge your batteries and recover your energy. Self-care is not an act of selfishness but rather an act of kindness to oneself. Going to the spa, taking a nap, keeping a journal, are ways to recharge your batteries, feel better, and ultimately feel happy.
💋 Help others

Most studies have shown that helping others is one of the ways to feel truly happy.
Everyone has experienced in their life the wonderful feeling of helping someone. When people feel grateful to you, it really touches your heart and you feel happy.
Girls, when was the last time you helped someone without asking for anything in return?
A long time ago, right? It's time to change that. There are many ways to help people. You can donate to charity, you can help your siblings with their homework, do granny's shopping, donate blood, etc. There are millions of ways to help people and millions of ways to be happy!
💋 Sports

This is one of the most important! Sport also benefits your mental health. Sport makes you happier or less stressed. Sport calms your mind and improves your general well-being.
Numerous studies have now shown that exercise causes your body to release endorphins, the chemicals in your brain that relieve pain and stress. It also reduces levels of stress hormones, cortisol and adrenaline. Studies have shown that 20-30 minutes of exercise a day can make people feel calmer. This calm persists for several hours after exercise.
Exercise can help you if you have a serious mental illness such as schizophrenia. It improves some symptoms of schizophrenia, including loss of motivation and difficulty thinking
Not only is sport good for keeping your body fit and healthy, but also for your mental health dear ones.
💋 Have a Gratitude Journal

I've covered this before in another post but this one is so important I can't stress it enough!
Science has shown that gratitude brings many benefits, even those you might not expect.
